Dear Prudential Redwood Realty,

This is a short note to commend you on your sales agent Kris Sundeen. Kris and I recently completed a transaction in Orleans. I was at a difficult point in my life and the sale involved quite a bit of back and forth between parties. Kris performed like a professional throughout, making sure "i’s" were dotted and "t’s" crossed. I hope to work with Kris and your brokerage again.

My husband and I wanted to express our pleasure working with your agency and especially Kris Sundeen. We had an enjoyable experience and owe most of it to Kris. He was easy and fun to work with during a time in our lives when we needed it. After just selling our home in Southern California we did not feel we would be able to go through the experience so soon again. Kris was very friendly and seemed to really care about us and the process. We would not have been able to complete the purchase without his professional and "easy going" attitude.

Thanks again for you and your staff’s hard work helping us close an important chapter in our family’s life.
